風冷式螺桿冷水機組,工業風冷螺桿式冷凍機組

采用國際知名品牌螺桿壓塑機，配套優質高效能銅管制作冷凝器、蒸發器及世界名牌控制元件，使機組具備體積小、噪音地能量大、壽命長操作簡單等優點。

壓塑機特點

國際知名品牌，新型高效螺旋轉子壓縮機，比一般壓縮機高出20%-30%能效，并獲得歐美多國專利和ISO9001國際品質認證。

高效率5：6專利非對稱轉子齒輪。

容器控制可采用4段式（100%-75%-50%-25%）或3段式（100%-66%-33%）及無段式控制系統

采用11只軸承及A型軸向推力平衡鼓組合設計，大幅提升軸承壽命2.5-3.5倍。

采用高效率矽鋼片特殊槽型設計，并配備內外全向式設計冷卻流道，使壓塑機馬達在在任何負載下均可發揮最高效率。

獨特內建式油壓系統，無需油泵也可保證壓縮機維持最佳潤滑效果，油分離器采用雙層過濾方式，濾油效果佳，熱交換器可發揮最大能效。

高效率，低噪音，低振動。

全方位的壓塑機容積比（vl=2.2/2.6/3.0/3.5）供選擇，可有效避免因過壓縮或壓縮不足所造成的能源額外消耗。
